These Terms of Sale set out the terms under which event tickets are sold by Us to business customers and members for attendance at in-person or online events. Please read these Terms carefully before booking. By completing a booking, you agree to these Terms.

1. Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms, unless the context otherwise requires:

“Contract” – means the agreement for the purchase of an Event Ticket as described in these Terms.

“Customer” – means the person or company purchasing a ticket.

“Event” – means the mastermind, workshop, conference or training event operated by the Supplier.

“Supplier” – means The Social Selling Company Limited, registered in England under company number 11674627, with registered address 71-75 Shelton Street
London
WC2H 9JQ
United Kingdom.

“Price” – means the ticket price stated at booking.

“Support Centre” – means Our online help system used for managing queries, transfers and cancellations.

2. Business Customers and Consumers

These Terms apply to business customers and members only. They do not apply to individual consumers purchasing tickets for personal use. For the avoidance of doubt, sole traders are treated as business customers, not consumers.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Us and you with respect to your Event booking. You acknowledge that you have not relied upon any statement or promise not set out in these Terms and shall have no claim for misrepresentation based upon any such statement.

3. Application of Terms

These Terms apply to all ticket purchases made directly through The Social Selling Company Limited, whether through Our Sites or invoiced manually.

Any other terms are excluded unless agreed in writing.

4. Ticket Purchase and Contract Formation

A Contract forms when We send written or electronic confirmation of your booking.

Bookings must be paid in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed.

Tickets are personal and may not be resold or transferred outside the Social Selling or Pipeline 44 community without written consent.

Tickets are issued electronically. You are responsible for ensuring your contact details are accurate at the time of booking.

5. Price and Payment

Prices exclude VAT unless otherwise stated.

Payment must be made in full at the time of order or via your membership invoice if agreed.

All payments are subject to Our Payment Policy, available at https://socialselling.co.uk/legal/payment.

6. Cancellations, No-Shows and Transfers

All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable except as required by law.

If you cannot attend, you may request a transfer to the next scheduled event by raising a Support Centre ticket at least 48 hours before the event.

Transfers are subject to availability and approval at Our discretion.

Pro Members: if you fail to attend without at least 48 hours' notice, the full event value (£200) will be charged to your next membership invoice.

Standard Members and Non-Members: non-attendance without notice results in forfeiture of the ticket.

7. Event Changes and Cancellation by Us

We may make reasonable changes to event content, speakers or venue due to circumstances beyond Our control.

If an event is postponed, your ticket will automatically transfer to the new date.

If an event is cancelled with no alternative date, a full refund will be issued, which will constitute Our entire liability.

8. Behaviour and Conduct

Attendees must comply with Our Event Attendance Policy, available at https://socialselling.co.uk/legal/event-policy, and with any instructions issued by event staff or venue representatives.

Disruptive, abusive, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate behaviour, or a failure to comply with staff or venue instructions (including health and safety instructions), may result in removal from the Event without refund or deferral.

9. Accessibility

If you have specific accessibility requirements, dietary needs, or medical considerations, please tell us in advance of the Event by contacting [email protected] or raising a Support Centre ticket, so We can make suitable arrangements. We will make reasonable adjustments where possible. Our general approach to accessibility and inclusion is set out in Our Accessibility and Inclusion Statement, available at https://socialselling.co.uk/legal/accessibility.

10. Photography and Media

Events may be photographed or filmed for internal, training, and marketing use. By attending an Event, you consent to being photographed or recorded, unless you opt out by notifying a member of staff on arrival.

We will always seek your additional, specific consent before using an identifiable image or recording of you in external marketing. Our Event Attendance Policy (https://socialselling.co.uk/legal/event-policy) sets out further detail on recording and photography at Our events.

11. Confidentiality and Intellectual Property

Ideas, materials and content shared during an Event are proprietary. You must not reproduce, distribute, or publish content from an Event session without Our prior written permission, or that of the relevant speaker or presenter.

You must not share sensitive business information disclosed by another attendee during a discussion or workshop at an Event.

12. Liability

The Event is provided for educational and networking purposes only. No specific results are guaranteed.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits Our liability for death or personal injury caused by Our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Subject to the paragraph above, We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage.

Subject to the paragraph above, Our total liability is limited to the ticket price paid.

13. Force Majeure

If the Event cannot proceed due to circumstances beyond Our reasonable control, such as illness, strikes, weather or venue closure, your ticket will transfer to the next available event.

Refunds will only be provided if the Event is permanently cancelled without replacement.

14. Data and Privacy

We handle personal data in accordance with Our Privacy Policy, available at https://socialselling.co.uk/legal/privacy.

Your name and business may appear on delegate lists and event communications.

15. Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
